Lantern Festival 2011 at Central Market, KL

We reached there around 6pm. Many people already queued up for the free package. Heard that you need to redeem it with  some chinese newspaper cuttings..

There were Creative Lanterns Competition...
















Games.....

There were still lots of empty seats.... but was filled up once the PM arrives... and you don't even have proper place to stand....

There were concerts on stage.....played by some musicians...

Finally our PM, Najib arrive around 8.30pm..

and the ceremony begins...demonstrating 1Malaysia..

Next is the Lion and the Dragon Dance.. NO CAMERA FLASH allowed here!!

Too bad the dragon doesn't come near to where the audience were sitting.. I don't know why.

We left the Central Market at around 10pm. What happens next? The rain comes..... we're so lucky!!
